Collective Bargaining Agreements

The UHR Employee and Labor Relations team leads the negotiation and administration of the University’s collective bargaining agreements, ensuring compliance and fostering productive relationships with union partners. The team also provides day-to-day guidance to unionized departments, sets labor relations policy and trains managers and supervisors who work with union-represented employees.
