The annual performance evaluation process is a key component of this partnership, providing a structured and consistent way to share meaningful feedback, align on priorities and support every staff member’s professional development.

The UHR Employee and Labor Relations team leads the negotiation and administration of the University’s collective bargaining agreements, ensuring compliance and fostering productive relationships with union partners.
