Employee & Labor Relations

The Employee & Labor Relations team promotes a fair, inclusive and productive work environment. As a trusted resource for employees and managers, they provide guidance on performance management, conflict resolution and University policies. The team also helps resolve workplace concerns through neutral mediation and represents the University in negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements for unionized staff.

The Learning, Development & Engagement team cultivates professional growth and organizational success through training, leadership development programs and skill-building initiatives. Talent Acquisition & Employment Services

The Talent Acquisition & Employment Services team partners with departments to attract, select and retain talented individuals, connects students with meaningful academic and administrative opportunities that build skills and enrich the campus community, and manages temporary positions that help departments run smoothly. The HR Service Center provides I-9 processing, notary services and other resources, making it easy to get help whenever it's needed.
