Our Vision for Transformation
Informed by a comprehensive operational assessment, this plan moves beyond legacy services to strengthen the daily work life for every employee. Through 34 key initiatives, we are enhancing HR programs, streamlining business processes and recognizing the essential contributions employees make to Brown's mission.
