Performance management is a collaborative partnership between managers and staff. The annual performance evaluation process is a key component of this partnership, providing a structured and consistent way to share meaningful feedback, align on priorities and support every staff member’s professional development.

Review Period and Key Dates

This performance evaluation cycle includes the following key timeframes:

Applicable Review Period

April 1, 2025-March 31, 2026

Performance Evaluation Launch Date

 May 1, 2026

FY27 salary base increases remain effective July 1, independent of the performance evaluation completion date.
