Welcome to the Learning, Development & Engagement (LDE) Lending Library, your resource for professional development books focused on leadership, communication, team building, management, and more!
Whether you are looking to grow as a leader, strengthen collaboration skills, or explore new perspectives, this library is here to support your development journey.
Starting May 2026, we are now using TinyCat for our library, making it easier to search, browse, and request books in one place.

Quick Start Guide
Use the guide below to search for and request books from the LDE Lending Library. If you have any questions, contact ldeteam@brown.edu, and we’ll be happy to help.
- Search the LDE Lending Library by topic, title, or author.
- To request a book, select “Request This Book” on the item you want.
- Next, click “Complete Book Request Form” and fill out the Google Form.
- The book will be delivered to you via campus mail.
- Return the book within one month to Samantha Rathbun, Box 1879.
If you need additional time with a book, feel free to email ldeteam@brown.edu to request an extension.
