Eligibility
You are eligible for services through the Brown Dual Career Program if your spouse or partner either holds or is being considered for a faculty position at Brown, and you and your spouse or partner are planning to relocate to the Providence area.

Although the Dual Career Program is not able to guarantee job placement at Brown, University Human Resources and the Office of the Dean of the Faculty will support your job search services, both within and outside of Brown. Anyone interested in accessing these services should contact:

You may contact the Director of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, or his/her designee, to schedule a meeting to discuss your employment interests and review your resume and sample cover letter. The director will provide a link to Brown’s career site, Workday Recruiting, to manage your search.
Brown is committed to supporting dual career couples. However, we cannot guarantee that you’ll be placed in a job at Brown, but we will support youin your search. When you advise the Director of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition of your submitted applications, the Director will refer hiring managers to your application materials and request they be closely reviewed. If your skills and experience meet the minimum requirements for the position, your candidacy will advance to an interview.
The Director will refer your resume to our partner placement agencies and request an informational interview for you. The agencies will then assist you with pursuing appropriate open positions that reflect your skills and experience.
