Staff members who reach 10 or more years of service during the calendar year are eligible to select a service award gift in the fall through the online gift portal. Gifts vary each year and are provided by a Brown-approved supplier.

Staff who reach 30 or more years of service are invited to a special spring luncheon at the President’s House. Hosted by the President, this event honors the extraordinary dedication and long-standing contributions of these community members.
