Training Opportunities with Learning, Development & Engagement
Looking to enhance your managerial skills? Here’s a brief overview of the key differences between Management Essentials and the Leadership Certification Program (LCP).
Management Essentials is designed for managers at Brown University to build foundational leadership skills, covering essential management knowledge, team-building strategies, and key HR policies. In contrast, the Leadership Certification Program (LCP) is intended for new and existing leaders looking to strengthen or refresh their leadership capabilities. Both programs are available through instructor-led or virtual sessions, with participants earning a Credly digital badge upon completion. Additionally, LDE automatically enrolls newly hired managers in these programs.
