CCPI Project Governance

The Compensation and Career Pathways Initiative (CCPI) is led by several committees composed of senior leaders, University Human Resources (UHR) staff and others at Brown who will provide direction and support for the project.

Steering Committee

The CCPI Steering Committee includes members of senior leadership from across the University who provide direction and support for the project. The Steering Committee makes key decisions and recommendations throughout the duration of the project and plays a critical role in managing and communicating changes resulting from the initiative.

Advisory Committee

The CCPI Advisory Committee includes representatives from across the University who provide expertise regarding divisional needs and position-specific functions. The committee also acts as a sounding board for project deliverables. 

The Advisory Committee includes representatives from the Staff Advisory Council and the Diversity Inclusion Oversight Board as well as human resources directors and administrators from across University divisions.

Project Leadership Team

The CCPI project leadership team consists of key members of UHR leadership, who manage project planning, operationalization and progress oversight.

Communications Working Group

The Communications Working Group provides guidance on the overall communication and engagement strategy, develops and reviews key communications and messaging, and informs the overall change management strategy.
