Staff can apply for transfers and/or promotions through the general hiring process. While employees are encouraged to remain in a position for one year to build a record of good work performance, they must apply for opportunities through Brown's online system by logging into Workday and typing "find jobs" in the search field. It is important to note that employees who are transferred or promoted through this process will serve a new probationary period.
