Onboarding process includes:
- Onboarding process can take 1-2 weeks depending on associates’ attention to onboarding paperwork and emails.
- Email from the associate services team welcoming them to nextSource.
- Email from onboarding with links to complete: I9, onboarding portal and background check from HireRight.
- Follow up from onboarding on missing items.
- Clear to start email from associate services detailing timesheet process and program guide along with who to contact for any issues.
Requesting Access: Sponsored ID, Brown email, Workday and Equipment
- Sponsored ID: Sponsored ID Request Process
- Brown email: First would need to request a sponsored ID from the card office, see link above.
- Workday: Program team is responsible for emailing Brown HR for associate Workday access request.
- Equipment: Managers should work with IT department for a laptop, if required. IT department will provide tracking information once laptop is mailed out to the associate. Program team will be responsible for making sure equipment is returned to Brown in a timely manner.
