What You Can Do in the Portal
Within the Wellness Portal, you can:
- Track and submit your Wellness Rewards checklist
- Complete your Health Assessment (HA)
- Submit your tobacco affidavit
- Participate in Wellness Journeys
- Log your annual physical and dental exams
- Join interactive wellness challenges
Note: Participation in onsite and online wellness, financial and fitness programs is automatically uploaded to the portal. Please allow up to 5 weeks for activities and rewards to appear.
