Wellness Portal Step Challenges

Join seasonal step challenges in the Wellness Portal and work toward a shared virtual destination goal. You can participate individually, but many find it more motivating, and more fun, to join a team of coworkers. When you participate as a team, steps are combined, helping everyone reach milestones and unlock destinations faster.

Goal Getter: A Global Football (Soccer) Trek

Ready for a pilgrimage of the pitches? This Challenge is for the most passionate football (soccer!) fans (no skills required, don’t worry). Learn about some of today’s most iconic players, explore legendary stadiums and fan cultures and understand why football (soccer!) is the most beloved sport in the world.

Registration Opens: Friday, April 24, 2026
Challenge Starts: Monday, May 4, 2026
Challenge Ends: Sunday, May 31, 2026

You may register as a team of one, but for most walkers, the challenge goal becomes more achievable, and more fun, as you add coworkers. In team challenges, all steps are combined, making it easier to reach destinations and stay motivated.

To earn the $50 Wellness Rewards credit, teams must reach the final destination, or individual participants must average at least 7,000 steps per day.
