When using a network attorney for a covered matter, the plan offers:
- No waiting periods
- No deductibles
- No claim forms
Cost and Enrollment
- Monthly Premium: $17.25 per month
- Effective Date: Coverage begins the first of the month following your date of hire
- Commitment: You must remain enrolled in the plan for a minimum of one year

When you enroll, you and your legal dependents can receive assistance with:
- Money matters: Debt collection and negotiation with creditors
- Home and real estate issues
- Estate planning: Wills, trusts and related services
- Family matters: Adoptions, immigration assistance and other family-related legal services
- Civil lawsuits
- Traffic violations
- Other personal legal services
