Participants build the capabilities needed to cultivate engaged, high-performing teams while navigating the complexities of managing.

Offered by Learning, Development & Engagement, this program is designed specifically for individual contributors, staff who do not manage direct reports. It provides a strong foundation of knowledge, connection and resources to help you thrive at Brown.
