nextSource is Brown’s partner for contract staffing, supporting both referred workers and roles that require recruitment. It is best suited for short-term or project-based needs that are not part of your department’s ongoing staffing plan.
Seasonal/Intermittent workers are temporary employees hired directly through Workday. This option is appropriate for short-term or recurring work that is part of your department’s ongoing operations.
