How to Access Services

If you are interested in arranging group support for a team or department, please refer to the Critical Incident Support section under “Information for Supervisors."

What to Expect When You Get Started

After creating your account, you will complete a short online questionnaire (most people finish in under three minutes!). Based on your responses, you’ll receive a recommended care plan that may include therapy, coaching or self-guided resources.

This is not a diagnostic tool, and participation in any recommendations is completely optional. The goal is to provide flexible options that support your well-being.

You’ll also be matched with a Care Navigator, who can answer questions and help connect you with the right resources.
