Choose the level of coverage that best fits your needs. While both plans cover preventive care (like cleanings and X-rays), the Plus Plan offers higher benefit levels for major work and includes specialty services.
Provides standard dental coverage for preventive care, basic services and major procedures.
Includes everything in the Comprehensive Plan, with enhanced coverage for certain services, including:
- Dental implants
- Orthodontia for dependent children
Dependent children may be covered up to age 26.

Using Your Benefits
- Find a Dentist: Use the Delta Dental Provider Directory to find a provider in the PPO Plus Premier network.
- Get an Estimate: For any service expected to cost $300 or more (like crowns or periodontics), it is highly recommended to request a pre-treatment estimate from your dentist first.
- On the Go: Download the Delta Dental mobile app to access your ID card and claim history.
